General terms and conditions of business

1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed at consumers and entrepreneurs. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with Gina Marso.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions in text form.

4. Delivery conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.


5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

PayPal Plus: In cooperation with the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), we offer you the following payment options as PayPal services. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via PayPal Plus does not require registration with PayPal. You will receive further information in the respective payment option and during the ordering process.

Credit card via PayPal: Your card will be charged by PayPal after the goods have been dispatched.
Direct debit via PayPal: Payment by direct debit via PayPal requires an address and credit check and is made directly to PayPal. By confirming the payment order, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you of the date the account will be debited (so-called prenotification). The account will be debited before the goods are dispatched.
Purchase on account via PayPal: Purchase on account via PayPal requires an address and credit check and is made directly to PayPal.

Klarna: In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. You will receive further information with the respective payment option and in the ordering process.
Purchase on account via Klarna: The invoice amount is due 30 days after the goods have been dispatched and the invoice has been received.
Klarna credit card: You provide your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged by Klarna immediately after the order is placed. There is no address or credit check.

Klarna direct debit You give Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will inform you of the date of the debit (so-called prenotification). The account will be debited after the goods have been dispatched.

Credit card: Payments are made via our payment service provider "Stripe". The general terms and conditions and data protection information applicable there apply, among other things.

Prepayment: The total amount must be paid within 7 days to the bank account specified in the order confirmation. If payment is received later, the delivery time is extended accordingly.


6. Cancellations
After receipt of the order, the statutory right of cancellation of 14 days applies. After this, the order can no longer be canceled.

7. Exchange and return
If delivered items have obvious defects or manufacturing errors, as well as transport damage, these must be reported to Elbpfoten Manufaktur immediately upon receipt. Complaints will only be considered within a period of 4 days. No warranty is given for damage caused by the customer or their dog.

The customer bears the shipping costs for returning the goods.


Since the products from Elbpfoten Manufaktur are individually created according to customer requirements, all products cannot be returned.


8. Delivery time
The delivery times given are non-binding estimates. Cancellation of the order due to non-compliance with the specified delivery time is excluded.

9. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

10. Warranty and guarantees
​​The statutory liability for defects applies. No guarantee is given for our products.

11. Liability
​​​​We accept no liability for improper use. Likewise, we accept no liability if the dog frees itself from the collar/harness or bites its collar/harness/leash. Elbpfoten Manufaktur, represented by Gina Marso, is not liable for damage (personal injury or property damage) that has occurred or is caused by the use of our items.

12. Dispute resolution​​​​​​​
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
